The master of sandwiches who took my order recommended the smokehouse grilled cheese. It was a perfect suggestion It had beautiful texture, the perfect balance of meats to cheese to bread, and sauce. It was piping hot and every bite of this sandwich was enjoyed. I usually enjoy the middle of a sandwich but this one was nice from end to end. I actually took my time to enjoy this in little bites rather than scarfing it down. They were also kind enough to let me sample a slice of their bread which was really good. They have a variety of flavored butters and a good amount of loaves, cookies, and things that looked good. The vibe of this place is pretty cool. It is clean and the music is chill, and I super appreciate that they take good care of the restrooms. I've already lined up my next meal here. It was a wonderful event with a dish for each year, along with wine pairings. Everything was fantastic. We also stayed in one of their cabins for two nights. We enjoyed breakfast brought to us each morning (thank you Katy!). We got a personal tour of where they grow a variety of delicious mushrooms on premises (thank you Tommy!). We ate lunch and dinner in the restaurant and had excellent service every time. We had fun trying a flight of their estate wines (thank you Hubert!). The food, the wine, the ambiance, and the entire experience were wonderful. It's a beautiful and peaceful location. For a place just 30 minutes from home, we really felt like we were on vacation in France or Napa. Katy and Hubert were wonderful hosts and their staff was terrific.
