Once I arrive because of Permanente the Parker situation is the same not great but I was able to find parking nearby one of the entrances. I'm outside arrived inside Kaiser Permanente Fresno Medical Center there was a line at the pickup and it was going super slow. Then once you check into pick up then if you need to be consulted by a pharmacist you're awaiting your super long time. After your physician probably already spoke to you then you going to get the same verb is from the pharmacist even though you declined to hear it again. Kaiser permanency needs a fun way to listen to customers and not do things repetitive that waste people's time. Overall got my medication was in amd out.

It was a pandemic pivot…read more Since the Kaiser farmer's market would not be operating during the pandemic, the Berry Lady was without a Fresno outlet. She used Food4Thought, a company that had been delivering to nearby school districts, also shut down due to the pandemic, for her outlet. Worked for me as I was not comfortable going to Kingsburg to pick up blackberries and blueberries. Food4Thought has a convenient location out by the airport that was good for pickup once or twice a week. More produce was added. Fabulous fruit and veggie boxes were available. Bags of locally grown fruit could be bought at a low cost. How convenient, how healthy, how delicious. So, will Food4Thought continue to sell to the public after the pandemic ends? We will wait and see. I am hopeful.

To my fellow readers, I am leaving this review as a final drop from years worth of remarkably appalling communications with Alex. If speaking with zero sugarcoating - this guy is a demented joke. Unreasonable and is best regarded with multiple witnesses (though he remains unaffected by facts, at-large). You will find yourself praying that he doesn't find a reason to disagree with you, even as Alex himself is entirely in the wrong. Upon seeking clarification, he turns a question to a disagreement at the snap of his fingers and is only interested in controlling the conversation to be a one-sided monologue that is intended to not let you fit in a single word. Rest assured that when you do finally speak your side and remind Alex of facts that inconvenience him to be responsible for his own words, he will stoop to hanging the call. Simply put, Alex is severely difficult to deal with, and unfortunately, I've been witness today that this is a conscious and intentional practice on his part. As someone who has dealt with this individual for many years and knows the need of walking on eggshells with him to ensure he doesn't get moody (yes, that's a MEGA common occurrence with Alex) - I am disgusted to learn that this routine is something he is completely aware of. As a a deeply inadequate person when it comes to communicating civilly, Alex tops everything off by having a disturbing expectation of being catered to in his issues, which absolutely speaks to his character and spills into the financial aspects of transactions as well. More directly, he is unreliable, and as a habit he provides extremely poor instructions that later doesn't want to be responsible for. Worse off, Alex is comfortable having a team from Northern California travel down to his farm to them turn them down over being half-an-hour late or not bringing a form that he himself forgot to necessitate. Is very finger-pointing when it comes to his own wrongdoings, and just leaves a nasty tasted in your mouth even if a call goes "well". This review is a collective experience of four total people who have done business with Alex over a span of 5+ years. Please, treat this as a long overdue warning about the troubling standards of how this business treats people because if you haven't encountered a reason to agree with even some of the above, Alex will not keep you waiting long before you agree with ALL of the above.

It's well maintained, clean, has plenty of parking, and has picnic areas. It's a great place to visit with the family. We came with 4 toddlers and they had a great time! I love the pathways and the activities they have for the children. The Butterfly Sanctuary was so adorable and fun for all of us! Did I mention it's all free!? It's great! Stop by and buy a pomegranate slushie(delicious!) and some pomegranate juice and support our local businesses and farms!

Walking into Trujillo, I thought it was just a market, but in the very back of the shop, they sell cooked food. Tacos, burritos and some of the biggest chicerrones I have ever seen. The menu is in Spanish, and with my food level knowledge of Spanish, I was able to decipher what most of the items were. Some of the menu items also had a photo that accompanied it, so that was extra helpful. However, their menu is slightly out of date as most of the items I wanted to order were not available when I was there, since it was a weekday. They seem to only have seafood and barbacoa on the weekends. My friends and I ended up getting the al pastor, chicerrones tacos and a burrito. The food is fantastic and I would have wanted to order everything, except then I wouldn't be able to walk around Yosemite. They also have horchata and that was wonderful. I haven't had horchata since going to Spain and this didn't disappoint. It comes in regular or large size, the large is really large, as much as I loved the horchata, I think the large should be a shared sized. I wished we had more time to visit Trujillo once more, but rest assure, I'll be back here when I'm in Madera again.

We used to always get the big portions of rice and beans. We went in to get a big portion of beans with the new owner and they were not edible. Every scoop of beans had hairlike strings in it. They were impossible to pick out. To the point where I called the store. They stated this was just garlic peel? It didn't look or smell like garlic. And if this was really garlic, why did they not peel it first? Something is off. The man on the phone told my husband and I to just pick it out. He was very unsympathetic and unapologetic. Very interesting, we will not be going back anytime soon!!!!
