Family from out of town ordered food from this company. She failed to call to tell us ahead of time that there was a delivery. Food has been sitting outside for 4 days. As the door she dropped off of is never used or checked. She blamed my out of town family for not alerting us. When speaking on the phone she hung up after I was explaining how disappointed I was in the service. she called me back asking if I was done and ready to listen to her. I had explained you can listen to me first then tell your side of things. She refused.
She is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I do Not recommend this company. To boot we have a family member in the hospital and she still took 0 accountability. read more
