The installers were friendly, but friendliness does not make up for poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and inadequate follow-through on warranty and service issues. Had I seen a review describing these kinds of problems before hiring this company, I would have looked elsewhere. In my experience, the biggest issue appears to be the new ownership and the decline in quality and customer service that has followed.

My wife and I were in the process of moving and stopped in while trying to choose carpet for a house that we were selling in another state. Knowing this, the folks there still took time to make sure we understood what we were doing, what we were working with and provided us a good amount of information on what we should look for / what to do with getting new carpeting.
