A popular cafe on Madame's Brussels lane particular amongst those who work nearby. It's not a hip cafe but they sell various types of food to cater for customers who work nearby.
Open Monday to Friday.
This cafe is busiest in the morning and lunch hour. In the morning, there's the a line of coffee consumers. Personally, I'm not a fan of their coffee. It's not speciality coffee but it does it's job for those who want takeaway coffee to bring back to the office located nearby. Perhaps sit down for coffee and breakfast with a work colleague. There's crossiants, focaccias and sandwiches available to prepare.
If you intend on buying lunch, head into the cafe between 12:00pm to 12:30pm if you want to get hot food or/and salad. Their pasta of the day and lasagne is good, good enough for lunch break. Roast meat is ok. Depending on the day, can be a bit dry. Their salads vary every week. Caesar salad is a regular. There's also pre-made focaccias and wraps. You can make your own including sandwiches which are great options.
From around 2pm onwards, it starts to quieten as most customers head back to the office.
They also do catering such as sandwiches and muffins.
I've been going to this cafe for years. It's convenient and service is efficient. I usually stick with their salads, sandwiches, roasted veggies and pasta. read more
