Ordering was relatively easy starting with size of portion then based on size you can choose how you want your chicken flavored. Workers then assemble the bowl right in front of you production line style starting with the base, vegetable toppings, sauce and finally the chicken which is grilled then flavored and put in the bowl. The process went smooth and quick as they were really efficient with the assembly line. The taste of the flavorings in the chicken as well as the sauces made for a wonderful lunch. I was stuffed not sure how full I would be with the Rouge Bowl, I think I should have went with a mini. If you are in Canada, find a Poulet Rouge as it was a tasty and quick meal that was really delicious and fresh.
