Something with Jalapeños, is that a Texas toast- The Big Momma had me at Texas- the rose of sandwich breads called me. Plan made. Order coffee, pay, run to Cheese wagon, back for coffee, back for sandwich. I can do this... Small chat ensued, grilling occurred and a successful acquisition of a Big Momma in my hand is a white paper sandwich bag holding it safe. A dash to the car between rain drops. Heaven- Texas Toast, egg, ample bacon, American cheese- 2 slices ( I don't normally choose American) it worked today. Maybe it was the overcast day, the yellow beacon, the gravel parking lot or the reward after a great yoga class, but the wagon and I have merged- We were one in the cheese.
