    Rust

Just bought a car from Matt, everything about the car was wrong. Said the car solid no rust not patches car was solid. In fact there was lots of patches one 2ft x 2ft hole underneather where I guess one the patches was either gone or never patch and sound deader was visible. All side windows leaked the seals where probably all original and who ever painted got over spray all over the windows. Couldn't tell you how much body filler is on the car. I'm afraid to find out. He said he state his reputation on how solid that car is which I have on text message or email for evidence if any cards to see it. Replacing floor pans wasn't in my budget. So just let everyone watch out for what you get from this guy and his company. I actual talk with owners supposedly if they where they owners and told them I would take care of that car for the rest of my life, but I change my soon as I get repair it's getting traded for some else. This a bad way to treat classic car buyers. Buyer Beware is all I say. Only reason I added a star so it would let me post this reveiw. Now you try to explain to your insurance that car is worth $28K. They would only insure for $18. I have all that replaced and fix before they would re-evaluate the insured amount. That's pretty funny that you said false and not true acquisition, just look at pictures the proof is in the pictures

I consigned my 1964 Buick with Mad Muscle Garage and could be happier. I will be a customer for life! Great experience!

The dealership in Michigan could not handle the recall so he was forced to bring his truck back home for repair. The problem was that someone in Michigan entered the wrong codes and now the VIN number indicates that all the recall work was done when it hadn't even been started! Alex at Waconia worked tirelessly for 2 weeks to help us get this straightened out. It was no small feat as we got no help from the dealership in Michigan. We had to call in Area managers to get this all worked out. Along the way of this process, Alex continually kept me updated. Despite many back and forth phone calls, he was always polite and made me feel that my business was important. I spoke to a couple ither folks at Waconia who were equally as helpful and polite. Alex went way above and beyond to be sure my son's truck was fixed and safe. I am so thankful for his diligence and kindness. His service and the service at Waconia gets an A+. After making arrangements for a ride and having a vehicle, I brought it in and was met by a Mark or Marty (unsure). He immediately started to ask about services I should have done while its there. I said just the recall item. He then asks if a service light was on and I said not right now but had one prior. He says it has to have a service light or if they do the diagnostic, I will be charged $210 if it doesnt qualify. He didnt ask if it had issues. I restated that I had work done on it in April but didnt care. I asked that since this ends at 84,000 miles and I am at 80 that this should be taken care of now. Didnt seem to care. I said I would go home and check what was done on car and call back. I called a half hour later and he was gone so called the next day. By this time I had checked online about the recall and it specifically says no service light needed and listed the symptoms of the issue- all of which I had told him I had. Even mentioned lifetime powertrain warranty which could affect the cost. He still had no interest in helping me. I spoke to the mechanic who did my work and he basically said the Fury service dept was bs now but used to be good. I then made appointment at Morries Buffalo. Extremely helpful, even offering a loaner car and a ride home. Super professional staff. Called me a day later with diagnostics and said it needed the short block replacement, and will be done this next week. I will be telling anyone who will listen about the service there and can not see recommending you for anything. We are replacing at least 2 of my 5 cars in the next hear too- I know where I wont be buying them from.

The thing I think that sets Rogomobiles apart from all the rest is that Philip genuinely cares for not only your car but for you as well, it is the special attention that he gives you, the time he takes with you to explain what repair is needed for your car, even tho listening to him explaining the parts needed, etc. is like listening to medical terminology, it's over my head. His pricing is beyond fair, he is honest and kind and will go the extra mile for you! Very highly recommended Rogomobiles! Thank you Philip!

I was on a hunt for a reliable used vehicle after my car got totaled. I went to a large dealership…read morethat had a Toyota Camry for sale, and I stopped by trying to test drive, but I was met with shady sales tactics, and the vehicle was only safety inspected. That is the norm when trying to buy used cars from large dealerships, from my experience. You buy, and are left with the uncertainty of owning a vehicle that has only been safety checked, on top of dealing with shady salespeople. For this reason, I'm drawn to smaller dealerships. I browsed online for used 2007 Honda Accords with black interiors. I came across Rogomobiles, and there was my future vehicle. I read the reviews of the dealership, and I read that Phil didn't just sell vehicles, but he is also knowledgeable about vehicles. He actively works to service vehicles hands-on. I stopped by his shop to test drive, and I asked him several questions about the Honda Accord, and he not only told me what I wanted to hear. Phil made sure that I knew what I was getting myself into. I didn't know much about cars, but Phil assured me that the vehicle was fully serviced. He told me the positives and the negatives of the vehicle. I took the Honda Accord on a test drive, and Phil was on the passenger side giving me additional information while I was driving. Aside from some cosmetic imperfections, the vehicle was mechanically solid from what I was able to tell while driving. Phil is trustworthy because he is authentic. I purchased the vehicle without getting it looked over by a mechanic. I went into his office, which felt like home, with his wife on the computer, and his friendly dog roaming free. I got all the paperwork taken care of by Phil, and I got the car inspected by 2 different trusted car shops afterwards. Like Phil promised, the car is solid, with 190,000 miles, and it is still going! Phil went above and beyond, and kept in touch with me even after the purchase because I had some paperwork complications. I recommend this shop for those looking for a genuine dealer who isn't just looking to take your money.

Called Lemon Squad and paid the $330. 2 hours later the inspection began. Results were in my email 36 hours later. Inspector did a thorough job and included 72 pictures including one if the code scanner results. They also measured the tread depth of each tire and included all findings in an easy to ready report. Lemon Squad saved me the disappointment of flying to Illinois in winter to pick up a sports car only to learn the tires were barely legal after the dealer ad and salesperson repeatedly assured me that everything on the car was mint. The dealership has since refused to replace the tires (3/32nds) or discount their price as they are selling the 2001 Corvette Z06 with 22,000 miles as-is.
