Cascio were able to send someone out within a few days of my initial call and then return a couple days later to do the repair work we needed. Josh was the plumber that completed our work, and we found him to be knowledgeable regarding his craft and respectful of our property. He gave options (where a previous plumber had given none); worked efficiently and cleanly; left the spaces he worked in clean; and made several appropriate recommendations for our new home (such as automatic shutoff for the washer in the basement). Compared to the previous plumber that we have since discontinued using, the price we paid was quite fair. Highly recommend.

I have used them both for a commercial property and my residence for years…read more This company is so well managed, it would surprise me if I hadn't done business with them since 2005. The company has adopted the tech to keep in touch with their customers which makes planning an appointment and the arrival of the work person an excellent experience for the customer. Today I worked with Matt and Giacomo (John) and was not at all surprised that they worked neatly and efficiently. We had them run ethernet cable and remove a EcoFlow product. If I had to guess they will be in business a long time if they keep this level of service and professionalism.

At the time I was getting estimates so I…read morewould have an idea of how much a boiler replacement would be so I knew how much to put aside. Two years later I was ready to do the project and asked if they could update my quote. Every other company I reached out to was able to update my quote without coming out to my house because they had the records from the original quote . But not these guys . They wanted to come out again . The man Steven comes out about 10 minutes late which is understandable. He proceeds to tell me that they came out last year for a quote I corrected him cuz it was not last year . And then he very aggressively said well you're going to get it done this time though right ? Which already brought me the wrong way . Then he's asking me a bunch of questions about why I'm getting my boiler replaced and it's like dude just tell me how much the replacement is going to be that's all I want to know like you're here to give me a number not an interrogation. Hey then proceeds to ask me when I plan to get it done and I told him 30 days . His response was well why not today . Considering he came in a hatchback I didn't think he was equipped to come to do the job today but I wanted to get it done in 30 days . So I just repeat no 30 days because at this point I am getting frustrated with him . So he repeats why not today . So I hand him his business card back and apologize for him having to come all the way out here and asked him to leave . He tried to give me his card back after I just handed it back to him and asked him to leave and wanted to continue the conversation. I had to basically walk him to his car . My business is not his business I said 30 days I have nobody else that came to give me a quote was so intrusive or invasive and I don't know if it was because he's trying to sell me something or because I'm a woman but it immediately put me off and made me feel very uncomfortable. Thankfully I was able to find a company who can come out when I need them to come out for $3,000 less than their old quote was from 2 years ago . So if you want to be interrogated and overcharged then I guess this is the company for you .

Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property…read moreand we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so it's no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already.
