Their seamstress, Nelly, is absolutely phenomenal and immensely talented; she went above and beyond by showing me exactly how to bustle the dress and letting me video the process so I would know what to do on the big day. We found the entire experience very concerning and frustrating. Ordering a dress considerably larger than the already-too-large sample, followed by being told there wasn't enough time for alterations, left us questioning the level of care and attention given to her order.
