I am extremely disappointed in the manner in which I was treated, by the man whom I believe is the owner's son, when I called to advise them that my very expensive gown fell apart at my son's wedding, even before the ceremony started and continued to unravel as the night went on. The swirl design which goes throughout the tool on the bottom of the gown was trailing behind me as I walked down the aisle. This should NOT have happened. He basically said, in a condescending voice, "nothing we could do about it, you must have done something to it after you took it home." Not even an apology which would have made some kind of a difference. That is no way to run a business. Not to mention another time when I brought the shawl to him for the beading to be fixed and nothing had been done to it. Why is he even there! I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone.

It would have been nice if they worked with us and our body types to help us find the best fits for each of us since we were all wearing something different, but similar in color. The biggest challenge is the size they suggested for me. When the woman said what size she thought I was, I was surprised, and she said that I have to remember these dresses run small. I asked to see the sizing chart for the vendor and it also didnt match up to the size they told me to get. To me, their recommended size was 3 sizes up from what I normally wear.... so lo and behold it came in, and I have to have had to have it altered 2 sizes down. If you have to come here, as there arent many places in this area, do your homework ahead of time and plan on helping yourself, and watch the measurements.
