Keiley was super helpful and kept me updated throughout the process, and I decided to get a preventative maintenance agreement for twice a year service because I didn't want anything like this to happen again. We have had several service visits, including one to our new house right after we moved. I believe the technician Javier has come to every one of the visits, and he is extremely professional and really goes above and beyond. There was an issue right after we moved in (because I installed the thermostat - badly) and even though I believe it was slightly out of the scope of his job, Javier took the time to help me fix my mistakes.

A blonde woman whom I am assuming works in the office greeted me with the most nasty attitude. Instead of "hello" I got a dirty look and "can I help you?" I said oh I apologize I don't know if I have come through the correct door. She proceeds to tell me it is the correct door but that I should knock next time. When I walked through the door there was no sign that said knock. I also have never heard of knocking at a public business during business hours. I've decided to take my business to a different company as Titan has obviously no knowledge on customer service or even just how to speak to someone. This is very unfortunate. Their most excellent techs gave us a step by step, filled us in on tech terms we didn't understand, gave me a tutorial, let me follow them around to learn a few things, md recommendations, diagnosed the problem, & fixed it in less than an hr. Based on that representation, I agreed to proceed and paid the full amount requested. I relied entirely on the verbal description provided, as no written documentation specifying brand or model tier was given to me at the time of sale. It has now come to my attention--while reviewing documentation during tax preparation nearly a year later--that the unit installed is a Bryant system, not a Tier 1 Carrier unit as promised. While I understand that Bryant is manufactured by Carrier, it is widely recognized in the industry as a Tier 2 product line. This is not what was represented to me when I made my purchasing decision. Had I been clearly informed that the installed unit would be Bryant rather than a Tier 1 Carrier system, I would have reconsidered the purchase, negotiated the price accordingly, or explored other contractors. I feel misled and taken advantage of, especially given the significant financial investment involved. This situation has caused me to question the transparency and integrity of the sales process. As a customer, I expect clear, accurate, and documented representations when making major home improvement decisions. Instead, I received only a total amount due and a verbal description that did not match the product ultimately installed.
