This year was our second time coming to MacTax. Marco is one of the most patient person I've met! I remember a couple years back, it was my first time filing as married and I had few questions and clarifications which he took the time to explain in a manner where I can easily pick up what he is trying to say. I needed a new tax pro this year so I looked at yelp and found these guys. Lucky for me!!! The cost was very reasonable. Ivan got me in the same day I called. I went in thinking I was going to have to pay this year due to a lot of untaxed income I got last year but to my great surprise, Ivan got me refunds totaling $4500.00. I selected MacTax Solutions from reading reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor from other clients. I was making a change from a decades long connection with my previous tax preparer and I was cautious about who to go to for this year's taxes. Making a timely appointment was easy and being able to upload needed documents for my appointment was effortless. Edward Mejia, who I was assigned to, was so patient and thorough. He is highly educated, really knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns as well as making suggestions and recommendations regarding my tax needs. He informed me of tax info that had not been brought to attention in the past. I highly, highly recommend Edward and the office of TaxMac Solutions if you have tax and/or business needs. They are friendly, attentive and very transparent in fees and costs. read more

if you are looking for a long term tax solutions company. I believe MacTax Solution is the way to go. Not only did they file all my taxes in a timely manner. When I has an issue with the IRS, they took the time out of their day to help me out with anytime regarding my taxes. The type of service they provide can't compare to big corporate companies like H&R Block and difficult software like turbo tax. I don't know much about taxes but Marco took the time to explain to me what exactly he is doing in terms that I can understand. I think the best thing about MacTax Solution is you feel like you are their only client and as soon as you need anything, they have a solution for you. I love that about MacTax Solutions. GREAT JOB I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family even new comers. read more

I had a really great experience working with Edward and his team. Edward was super patient and professional. He helped me complete my 2025 tax filing smoothly, and on top of that, he also spent a lot of his own time helping me deal with my 2024 tax issues. My 2024 taxes were messed up because of an unprofessional company, and I ended up losing over $600. Edward and his team actually took the time to review everything, find the problem, and even helped me write to the government and follow up on my case -- all without charging me anything extra. I truly appreciate how much effort they put into helping me. You can tell they actually care about their clients, not just the money. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for someone who is professional, responsible, and efficient! read more

I had my taxes done today with Edward at MacTax Solutions and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Edward is extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to stocks, cryptocurrency, and more complex long-form deductions. I really recommend him. He's very good at what he does. My first time coming to him and I was a little skeptical at first but my brother in law insisted on him being good so I went with him. Me and my mom came and she started explaining to him what she thought was wrong with her taxes and in fact there was something wrong with them and he was so helpful, he offered to correct them and was very informative and really explained to us everything that we didn't know. He's very friendly, definitely not awkward when you're there waiting while he does the taxes. I'm so glad I came. read more

Been going to MacTax for years now and I've never left feeling bad about my taxes or cheated by Uncle Sam. We've all gotta pay our due as hardworking Americans, but at MacTax they make sure you do just that and nothing more. Marco is a whiz with taxes and is always up to date on what will and won't get you in trouble. I feel bad for anyone not going to MacTax because chances are they're paying too much in taxes or they aren't getting enough back in their refund, make sure you go to MacTax for the diamond service and the piece of mind. read more

Five Stars ! Tax service! Worked with Ivan who was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. My tax situation was a bit complex but Ivan was able to sort it out without any problems. Which left me wondering why my tax professionals at HR couldn't do the same last year and ended up costing me more money! Well worth the money go to MacTax if you want your money back with out the hassle ! Great value! I walked in stressed out but left feeling great! These guys are FANTASTIC! I met with Edward and he really knew his stuff. They got me in right away and just sat with me until my whole tax mess was resolved. I had an incredibly complicated situation with a dissolved LLC, new S-Corp that needed extra paperwork I wasn't aware of, personal taxes, 3 different states... ya... so much tax drama that he just handled like a champ. Ivan really helped us out. This was our first time doing our taxes with a tax preparer. We previously done our taxes on turbo tax but never knew what we were inputting. Ivan helped explain the tax law thoroughly and efficiently in a manner that stuck. Overall great experience and even gave us a free snickers bar for being awesome clients. Ivan went above and beyond to help me with my taxes! I worked at several places, owned a home, invested in stocks, donated, and made many home improvements that were tax-deductible.
