Napa Autopro - S&S fit us in on a Friday afternoon just before we were to head off camping for the weekend. The repair was quick, effective and was less than $40 which was the most surprising part of the experience when you will just pay anything to be able to get on the road. The staff were funny, helpful and the collection of antique signs around the shop are really cool. They even took the care to road test and re-torque the lug nuts. Who does that nowadays? They even called after the weekend to make sure I was happy with the repair.

Well- that's a SLIGHT exaggeration but he definitely saved my vacation which was my first chance to get away in a year and he also saved my son's vacation. Thank you so much- you are the best Matt! I drove from my house in Calgary almost an hour into the mountains to set up my campsite at Sibbald Lake. Due to a scheduling snafu I wouldn't be able to get my son James to join me for vacation until Four days later so I definitely had a lot of relaxing quiet me time and fortunately I brought the three books on the top of my must-read reading list and I was able to finish them all. However I noticed my phone charge was getting a little low. So I stupidly plugged it into my car charger and turned my car part of the way on for only 15 minutes while I finish my last book. It turns out it totally drained the battery and it gave me a weird error message on the dash which said vehicle stability assist problem. Of course being in the mountains we are out of cell range so I need to borrow the satellite phone of the campsite owner and it literally took me two hours just to get a signal. I called AMA and begged for help and the phone call took about another hour because the connection kept dropping and we were so remote she couldn't figure out where I was. I was beyond frustrated. She told me the tow truck might show up between an hour to four hours and when I hung up the campsite owner told me it would probably take eight hours. I went back to my campsite and left a note on my car for the tow truck driver and then I walked the five minute walk to the lake and kayaked for an hour... When I got back to the campsite it was only a two minute wait before Matt showed up so it was absolutely perfect timing- I cannot believe he showed up six hours earlier than I expected..... I told Matt the problem and the car symptoms and he was perfectly confident and sure enough he jumped the battery and thank goodness it started. So much easier than towing it back to Calgary because that would've been an absolutely huge hassle, I would have had to pay ridiculous prices to rent a car to go back to the campsite because I couldn't leave all my stuff lying there to get stolen and obviously it would've ruined the rest of my vacation. And completely obliterated my son's vacation. Plus Matt had a perfect Conversational style which not only reassured me and made me feel happy and confident I was in good hands but also for a single female camper who hasn't talked to another human in three days it was a perfect reminder of how civilized people chat. And we have the same taste in tv shows :) Thank you so much Matt, I hope this review brings new you new business because you and your company definitely deserve it!
