I put in a venue request, and I received a phone call and emailed customizable menu within an hour. I was a little hesitant since I cook all the family meals but was not disappointed with what Rich delivered. Specific recommendations and experiences include: Bread tray homemade and warm when it arrived. Appetizers Seafood Ceviche an outstanding choice that was extremely fresh and delicious. Mini Bell's charred peppers a big hit with the family outstanding. Caprese on homemade Evoo toast simply amazing. Salad Blackberry fresh and refreshing. Soup Seafood Bisque the best the family has ever had. Entrée Braised Short Ribs and root vegetables with added crab cake amazing as well. Steak and Cake the family favorite. Boil flavor was legit, shrimp, sausage, clams, mussel's and crab legs was our combo. Also added some pulled pork (which blew us away flavor wise), slaw and corn bread as additional food. For a group setting, this was tough to beat, would def do again.
