I had called Mac's to have them install some custom seat covers that I had purchased for my Mustang without ever going to them before. they helped me with an appointment right away and from walking in to walking out they gave me the best service and kindness. Paul, the owner is absolutely amazing and they know upholstery better than any place I've ever seen. They did a fantastic job and didn't leave out one detail. This is the only upholstery place anyone in Ventura should be going to.

Paul was easy to work with. He had great ideas and turned around the work quickly. It wasn't cheap but it was done right. Thanks, Mac's!

Put new seatbelts in my '63 Ford Galaxie and even put new armrests on. I am very happy with their work.

Really happy with my experience at Williams Automotive. My radiator randomly blew during lunch one…read moreday and I had coolant everywhere. I had no idea where to take my car on such short notice, but I called them and they told me to bring it in so they could take a look. The next morning Scott called me and explained what needed to be done. I gave them the okay, and my car was ready just a few hours later. I also looked around and got a few quotes from other shops just to see if the price was fair, and Williams Automotive ended up being the best price by far. They also let me know my transmission fluid was really dark, which honestly wasn't surprising since I had never changed it. I came back for that service and an oil change, and once again everything was done quickly and for a really good price. Everyone I've dealt with there has been friendly and helpful. The lady in the office is also super nice, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I'm really happy with the service, price, turnaround time, and customer service. I usually take my cars to bigger chain shops, but after coming here, I'd much rather keep bringing them to Williams Automotive.

Been to a few other mechanics that were shady and did not listen, as I do know a lot about cars. Laszlo seems very trustworthy and price was reasonable. I'm new to the area, so I had to take a chance on finding a spot. The first place I took it completely ripped me off. The replaced one part, and changed my oil. I wont even say what they charged, but its 2 to 3 times what it should have been; and it didnt even fix it. A couple hundred miles later, and my car became basically undriveable. Knowing the first place ripped me, I took another chance and tried out B & C repair. Within 2 hours he called and said the car was fixed. And like an honest mechanic, he handed me the part he swapped out; which was a bad spark plug. The plug looked like it was dropped at some point and basically had no gap. Not only was the car fixed, but now it drives like what I would expect a Bimmer to drive like. So clearly it was an issue before I took possession of the car. I was changed for one hour of labor, and the part. The bill was literally 1/6th of what I paid the first shop. So not only did he fix the issue, but he was completely honest and upfront. I'm really excited that I now have a go to Indy mechanic for my BMW's.
