I have been using Decimal Tax for taxes the last few years. They do a great job. Very professional,…read moreorganized and I feel very cared for here. I would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service. The office is very welcoming and clean.

Far from it. As an S corporation I had to do payroll which they charged for. I had to pay unemployment taxes which amounted to thousands of dollars for the year Evan though there was just me in the company. Long story short the company folded after one year due to soaring fuel prices and dropping broker per mile rates. Shut down buisness. Decimals still charged me a payroll charge 135$. After finally getting them to acknowledge the business was ended they sent me a nasty little letter letting me know how disappointed they were. I was the one disappointed when they were eight months late filing my taxes. I didnt find this out till they dumped all the paperwork on me post noted where to sign and send it off. 1600$ worth of late tax fees. Complained. They sent me an form which would fix it It didnt. Thousands of dollars spent that shouldnt have been just so they could charge payroll. Then they dont even file on time . leave me holding the bag for late fees. Incompatent, only looking out for themselves, ghirsty only work a couple of days during off season ergo payroll tax. Greedy greedy grinches. dia

Really liked the aesthetic and all of the art pieces hung up. All of the drinks are named after famous celebrities. I got the Leo DiCaprio with less sweetener, but wish I noticed the seasonal drinks before I ordered because they all sounded really good. The barista was pretty nice as well.

This was years ago but I…read moreremember when they used to have singers come out and do little performance once a week and my friends would invite me out to watch their friends perform. I remember the vibes were pretty welcoming. I have gone once since then but during the day and the vibes were pretty chill and low-key but nothing too crazy. Just a typical experience but also a really good college outing memory. The matcha I had from there wasn't particularly my favorite but they used to keep their espresso machine up at night during the performance, I'm not completely sure if I remember correctly if they sold liquor or alcohol but the drink that I did have from there the first time I went was pretty good. The ambiance is pretty normal for greensboro, I feel like almost every establishment you walk in, there will be cracked floors but I just remember the staff was pretty awesome and as far as pastries, they had a pretty good variety and gluten free options and other food sensitivity options. I believe a few years ago, I recall an episode of "Catfish" where Nev and Max also visited this place so that was pretty interesting to experience that but honestly a pretty decent place.

Michael and Son had an opening a few hours after my call and fixed both items the same day. Tech serviced furnace and did not replace the filter or even tell me there was no filter. He pulled the original screen out (that at least provided some filtration) and tossed it on the ground in my crawlspace. He came out from under the house and told me that there was an issue with the heating element, it had a little backdraft but he could not find a leak. Told me the furnace will need replaced and offered a quote. I told him not to bother with the quote at the moment because I was gonna drive it to the wheels fell off come after all. It might last me another five years. He said it might last me another five seconds... Sure, enough, I didn't need the furnace for a couple days, but when I went to turn it on, it didn't work. And it was really cold out. That was rather strange, but who knows. I called the company back. They sent a different fellow who found the issue, a fuse was blown. He also let me know if there was no filter in there and that the size I needed was the specific size he gave me, so I was able to buy filters to put them in. Whole thing seemed a little funny, no fuse issues before the one tech came in, and then he's really pushing me to replace the furnace that it might only last five seconds not sure enough if there's a blown fuse when he leaves. Other guy comes in, finds it, not had any issues since. I know these guys are paid on commission, so it has me wondering... Anyway, the second guy was fantastic, honest, great dude and just easy to talk with. I called the office to talk to a manager so that I could sing the praises of the second guy, but I also wanted to let them know my thoughts on the first guy that came out. The manager didn't call me back, he told the second guy to call me because there was a problem with with what he did when he came out, which is not at all with what I wanted to talk about. Anyway, the second guy calls me concerned that there was something wrong that I was upset with him or he did something wrong, I told him no not at all, I actually wanted to talk to your supervisor about you and how impressed I was with you, but I also want to talk about the previous guy that isn't in the same league as you are. It's just a weird leadership choice, really lacking in customer service and employee care. I also had an electrician come out and look at something, he gave me a quote to do a bunch of work. I've had it quoted with two other companies and it's less than half the price that he was given me, keep in mind that these guys are paid on commission.
