Not to our surprise, they were very fresh and cheap again! We stocked up on veggies and fruit for our weekend dinners and meals during the week. We walked out of there with $11.72 worth of food that would have clearly have cost us over $40 at Safeway or QFC. I would definitely stop here again and again. The lady at the checkout counter was also very helpful and friendly. Make sure you pick up some of their cherries and cantaloupe. They were amazing and so juicy!

She demands respect and attention from the kids (no staring off into space during this lesson), which is a nice change from the typical soft spoken and somewhat lackadaisical way people treat kids these days. If you're looking for a TRUE horse lesson and not just a pony ride where you sit and stare off into space while someone else does the work of leading the horse (although, they do that too)- this is a wonderful place! The horses are all great to work with, the ranch is beautiful and the prices are right. I highly recommend Horse Country Farm!!

We dropped in after lunch at Playa Bonita (YUMMMMMMMY) and enjoyed a leisurely stroll. It is very kid friendly, including some fun hands on things. The docents are knowledgeable and enjoy their jobs. I'm so glad we stopped and will go again and when I next visit. Thank you for the nice afternoon GFHM! Our family went to Lochsloy Acres today for some pumpkins to carve. We heard that their pricing was…read morereasonable compared to the mega agro-tourism farms in Snohomish. We were so pleased to find that good sized medium pumpkins were only $5 and smaller pumpkins were only $1- we literally paid more at Costco and had a fun time in the rain. They are also letting families pick corn for free! Our entire cart in the photo was $11.

What a shame this place has changed ownership and the new owners are charging ridiculous fees just…read moreto reserve a tree. That fee will not even go towards the cost of the tree. We used to come here every year as a family but not anymore. I'm guessing the quality of the trees will also be going down as well.
