This is a burger on a sub roll and it was divine. Cooked and flavored perfectly. I literally demolished it while I was walking away from the food truck, it was that good. I read later that it was a family recipe and can only imagine the Bush's Baked Beans pup wanted to share the recipe cause it's that good and this is that good. I had a great experience with the owners and was really impressed with the burger and for those of you that follow my reviews, I love me some burgers. One more thing, upon closer inspection we found none of the pepper jack that was listed as "stuffed inside" on the menu. It is worth noting, I spoke with the owner who is very concerned with the health/safety and permits etc. which I respect & this is only their 5th outing so they are VERY new. Either way, they loaded up the tray, passed it through the rolling oven thing, and served it to me. The portion size of this thing was shocking. I'm not complaining. Just be forewarned. You should share this thing with one or two other people. So much tender chicken, so many perfectly cooked noodles, all smothered with that classic colored cheese you've been eating since you were a kid, and topped with slightly charred bread crumbs that added the perfect texture to this dish. This place, and the associated Chicago Stop, seemed to have employed young folk that couldn't get off their phones for longer than 15 seconds at a time. The buffalo chicken fries had a large amount of chicken in them with a generous amount of sauce a good amount of cheese. It came with a side of ranch that went well with the buffalo sauce. The cheese steak fries came with what it seemed like a whole steak in it and a some grilled onions and peppers. Came with a good amount of provolone cheese. The portion in it was honestly enough for 2 people to eat and still both be full. The price for the mix fries was $12 but when you looked at how much food you got it was not a bad price at all
