They also asked if I wanted to purchase some coconut oil or some special oil and that would be $10 more. I was to pay ahead of time. Seems odd to pay for a service that I didn't get yet. I was escorted to a clean room with no instructions. There was a printed sign on the wall that people who acted inappropriate could be discharged at any moment. I like that. I laid face down and a woman worked on me named "Judy". She did not speak very good English. She did not ask if there were trouble spots that she should work on. But from that moment on, I was very satisfied. She worked very hard, was very thorough, using all of her strength to deliver an excellent massage. At one moment, she disappeared from the room and I wondered if I was done. Three minutes later she came back with hot stones and finished up my massage. When I left, I wanted to tip her. The motions were haphazard, chaotic and not resembling any massage I've ever had. I saw no indication of training or certification on the wall. The therapist did not speak English as the other therapist needed to translate "lighter pressure please". He did understand "ouch that hurts". I cut the massage short and told the English speaking therapist that I was unable to relax because "this hurt". He seemed to not care as he did not respond. I will not return to this business. I would not recommend this business based upon my experience and that of my friend.
