Now, maybe that's a good thing and they're busy but waiting 15 minutes (literally) at the customer service counter is a bit brutal with young children in tow. That being said, it's small and I can get what I need often quicker than Home Depot (if I know where to get what I'm looking for) and you can always call ahead of time to check and see if they have what you need. Yep, it is literally the EXACT SAME product that you can pay $20-$25 a bag for at Petsmart (40 pound bag) and here you will pay about $6 a bag. And they carry it year round - in the winter it's out front but in the summer you have to go to the customer service desk and pay for it there and they give you a slip that you drive around back with to the lumber yard and they'll load it in your vehicle.
