My niece ordered the cheese pizza which you said was really good. I had the egg white omelette, which was really good. My partner had the BLT salad which she said was all right. My sister-in-law had half a sandwich and potato soup and she said the soup was awful that it was clumpy and not very good and she didn't eat it. Overall, we paid about $150 (including tip) for lunch which we all know is too high, but that's just because of the time we live in. The service was great. We will be back.

There's something about starting a day in the mountains with a small-town diner that just feels right. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. They were especially kind to our daughter, chatting with her and making her feel like she belonged there. As a parent, those little moments don't go unnoticed. The food is classic diner breakfast in the very best way possible. No gimmicks. No unnecessary twists. Just breakfast done well. My wife and I both ordered the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and a side of bacon. My daughter went with a waffle topped with whipped cream and strawberry preserves, while my father-in-law also opted for the biscuits and gravy. Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly how you'd hope a breakfast cooked on a seasoned griddle would. The coffee stayed hot, the service never skipped a beat, and the entire meal felt like the perfect start to a day outdoors. Beeline Cafe isn't trying to reinvent breakfast. It's preserving the kind of local diner experience that's becoming harder and harder to find. It's a local favorite for a reason, and after our visit, I completely understand why.

I wish I had more positive things to say about the food but it was all just okay. The flavors of the lemon ricotta pancake were delicious but texturally it was dense & too thick. To be fair, my daughter seemed to enjoy it. The biscuits and gravy had almost no flavor. The bacon did help but really sad about this one. The breakfast burrito potatoes were slightly undercooked & overall the burrito was okay, just wasn't anything special. I'm willing to come back and try again when we return to Strawberry/Pine because hey, it was busy and they had an off day; don't we all.

We arrived about 7:30pm on a Friday night and parking was ample and easy. We were greeted and seated upon entering. The servers were friendly and attentive. There were three in our party and two ordered the Beast Burger, a 1/2 pound Colorado Bison. One ordered the Fireside Buffalo Chicken sandwich. We all opted for a side salad over fries and were all very happy with the salad. The chicken sandwich was good although the Beast Burger was the bomb! Flavorful and juicy, one of the best burgers I have ever had. I ordered mine medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. We will be back to enjoy the Beast Burger again soon! Highly recommended!

Fortunately for us, getting lost turned out to be a great decision. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived, so they told us to sit wherever we'd like. The service was fantastic from the moment we walked in, and the food was even better. I ordered the Reuben, one of the boys got a burger and fries, and the other ordered the chicken Alfredo. Now here's where things got interesting. After the first bite of the chicken Alfredo, all loyalty to previously ordered meals disappeared. The burger kid immediately developed a serious case of Order Envy and was ready to abandon ship. I'm pretty sure if negotiations had continued, he would have traded his entire burger basket for that Alfredo without hesitation. If you're a parent, you know exactly what I'm talking about. One kid orders perfectly well. Another kid orders slightly better. Suddenly there's a food custody dispute at the table. Thankfully, there was plenty of food, nobody went hungry, and everyone left happy. Amazing food, amazing service, and a relaxed atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We'll definitely make it a point to get lost and end up here again. Sometimes the best finds aren't planned...they're just the result of taking a wrong turn.
