Dr Selz is an absolute hack. He attempted to diagnose me with Meniere's Disease - a very serious…read morediagnosis - strictly based off of a hearing test. He said there are 5 different types of Meniere's and I have "the rarest one" but he would not explain further or how he came to this diagnosis. He just banged on his iPad and snarled "don't you remember this hearing test?!" He is rude, confrontational, and verbally abusive. He did this on the second visit right in front of my husband as well. When I came out of his office and the staff saw me sobbing, they didn't even flinch. Clearly his bedside manner is common given the other reviews of him. The staff only asked if I would be scheduling a follow up.. My husband answered for me.. Absolutely not. BTW, the next 2 specialists confirmed that I 100% do not have Meniere's nor any symptoms of it. As a previous reviewer stated, you would be better off going to a vet.

Please do not put your trust in this business. Go to anybody else. Go to a garage surgeon. Hell,…read moreeven a veterinarian would do a better nose job. I went to Dr. Selz for a deviated septum and after one brief appointment was referred for a septoplasty. All of my concerns were brushed off during the one pre-surgery appointment we had. I remember going in for surgery and asking him not to change the way my nose looked, if anything flatten out the small bump. I remember taking my cast off and my nose was somewhat collapsed on one side with this strange bump and I brought this up to him in our follow up appointment. He brushed me off and said it was fine and it would straighten out. That bump never went away. Now my septum is collapsing to that one side and I will have to have another procedure to hopefully fix it. I went back a year and a half later and showed him. He said whoever did that messed my septum up pretty good. I said that he did it, and he denied it until he looked at my records. He said the only thing I could do was go to a plastic surgeon to fix it. I asked for my money back for the surgery and he laughed right to my face and said he would not be giving any money back. If you want to keep the general shape and profile of your nose do not trust this man with it. If you want any of your problems fixed do not even go to this business. It is a total sham and they do not care. On a personal level I wake up every day with self esteem issues now. It's painful having a problem you spent thousands of dollars to fix only get worse and then be laughed at when confronting the person who did it. Please guys do your research and find a surgeon half as careless and flippant as this excuse for a man. I will never stop talking about this even if it is to save only one person from the hurt and disappointment I have experienced

Her office and her team answered all my questions and always made me feel comfortable. After my surgery, I was so nervous for my post op appointment that I just immediately cried when one of the nurses took me back. She calmed me down and really sympathized with my feelings, which meant so much. Dr. Wyll is very nice and professional and has a gentle hand even when a weenie like me is in her office. While I'm still in recovery, I am so pleased with my results. I can finally breathe again, it's like a whole new world. I have a chance at a better life thanks to Dr. Wyll and I am forever grateful.

Since most of the issues are conditions I just have to live with, I have in recent years treated myself with OTC remedies and such. But the issues finally piled up to the point that I needed to see an ENT. My previous ENT, who was wonderful, had become so busy, I would't be able to get in to see him for almost three months. So I have begun looking for someone with a more open schedule. I read about Dr. Wyatt and saw good things written about him, so I checked with my PCP and he referred me to him, got me in in about two weeks and today was my big day. I filled out the paperwork in about 25 minutes, which was the most detailed I remember ever seeing, and went to the office , arriving about 15 minutes early. Upon checking in, I was given two additional forms by the receptionist, which had to do with several unscheduled procedures that might have to be performed during any given visit if the doctor considered them medically necessary. I was instructed to authorize the doctor to perform these procedures before I had even met him. When I asked the receptionist if that was their usual protocol, she said, I'm sorry, but you were here just fifteen minutes before your appointment. We don't have time for questions like this right now. We will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you want discussions about things like that. I was taken aback, but I really wanted to be seen, so I took a little bit different line of questioning and said, "Well, could you at least give me a ballpark figure about what these procedures might cost me (after Medicare and BC/BS)? I don't feel comfortable authorizing charges for unknown procedures when the staff cannot even estimate what the charges might be. It seemed like I was walking in to a used car dealership and asked to sign a sales contract for an unknown car at an unknown sales price with undetermined terms. I could go on, but I won't. And neither will I return to his office.
