They keep him so long that on my days off I hardly never see him before 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Which makes him look like he went on a drug run, then a fight ensues. My parents even have asked me if he is using again because this place keeps him so long and calls him back to the clinic almost every Friday because they forgot something. We live 45 mins away from this place and only have one car. If u truly have no other option and need government aid to get your medicine. Then go ahead. Other wise avoid this place at all cost. I took about a dozen bottles of the meds back to the clinic, simply because I thought it was a short fill. Sure enough the bottles did not contain my regular dosage, they were short! It was explained to me at that time, that someone had undoubtedly poked holes in the bottles with a needle and sucked out the medicine! I was never able to see the holes where any meds had been sucked out! However, that day, I lost a 27 day take out privilege! I was then told to start coming to the clinic daily and dosing! Every day!! I'm 73 and don't know how much longer I can keep up the grind of getting up at 4 or 5 am daily!! It is killing me!! I was at the time coming up on one take out day, which was denied!!!! For years I was on a med for my migraine headaches, and I had the doctor keep filling these meds! Come to find out, my wife was flushing them so that I would not take them! I have never taken one since coming to the clinic in 2007! I have been a loyal patient, and have continued to pay the ridiculous fee of at least $300 per month all those years! And.......now I am denied one day take out!!!??? Absolutely, ludicrous!! Totally unfair to the patient, who undoubtedly has no rights whatsoever!! My councilor is a saint of a lady, and the director a good man, and a good friend! However, they must not have any control as to how the patients are treated!
