Recently, my air conditioning system did not seem to work properly anymore. Alexis of JustinTime Plumbing came out to troubleshoot and service the system and just like Brian, did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and resolving it. I was never rushed and I felt very comfortable with the responses to my questions (and I asked a lot of them). I will continue to use JustinTime, they are an excellent company with dedicated and helpful employees.

Dad noticed a leak, went to neighbor who has his plumbing truck parked outside his home. "plumber" came over and said he had to knock out outside wall and he would piece everything but we had to solder....and here is the price. Hard no. Stopped by and heard the story and dialed JustinTime Plumbing. Javier came out and gave me a quote, fixed it right there. Left a clean repair/fix. Repaired it accessing the drywall on the inside instead of the outside the other "plumber" had suggested. Total professional job. Nothing but praise. Thank you!

5/5 I've had Andrew come out twice now. The first time was to repair a drain line leak in my living…read moreroom ceiling, and the second was to rough in a shower drain for an upcoming remodel. Both jobs were done with the skill and attention to detail of a master plumber. Price was competitive with others in the area. It's been over a year since the leak repair and everything has held up perfectly. The shower drain rough-in was centered exactly where it needed to be and completely leak-free. I'm fairly handy myself, and Andrew has always been willing to share helpful pointers along the way, which I really appreciate. Coastline Plumbing has become my go-to plumbers. Whenever Andrew is on the job, I can relax knowing the work is being done correctly and built to last. One thing to expect: Andrew was upfront about this from the beginning, but Coastline typically doesn't patch drywall or plywood after plumbing work, so you may need to hire someone separately for that part. I think that's standard for plumbers specialized in their trade. In my case, I patched them up myself.

Not a great experience today, especially when they have always been great over the years!…read more Today - They changed the appointment I had made a week plus earlier, just 20 min before it was due with zero explanation until I called to ask why. For sure frustrating, as I had arranged my appointments around when they were coming because I had to take a day off work. Things happen, I get it, they shared the reasons but offered zero solution on their side just forcing me to be the solution for them. IMO, if I'm paying for a service and the business has an issue, the customer shouldn't be the one finding a solution to their problem. Just a blind change of my appointment with no explanation until I called. No call or text asking if a time change would work. No offer to provide a discount, a complimentary service or any typo of solution from them for their issue when we spoke on the phone. Getting hung up on was not a great solution either. After I text I'd be sharing my experience via a review of them hanging up on me, they called back and said they are now sending someone out. By then, I had already shifted my schedule to accommodate their issue. I've used VIP many times before and for many years and given 5 star reviews but not sure if I will use them again. For me, if you as a business cause the issue for your customer, regardless of the reason, a business should have a solution for the customer who's paying for an hour long service (paying in my case more than two days pay for the service I was getting). Nick, the owner, was always great as were the other techs that helped us in the past. I like supporting a locally owned business but this was not good experience. Hopefully it's a one off experience but it was bad enough to lose a great deal of trust.

We also had to fix a water leak coming from our ceiling, and Simon thoroughly inspected everything and accurately located the source of the leak. The very next day, Simon and Jacob returned to complete the repair. They were professional, efficient, and truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing!
