I showed up to the appointment on time, and they immediately started work on my vehicle. Raymond was really friendly and easy to talk to. He asked if I wanted to take care of an oil change while I was there, and -- since I was due -- I agreed. My vehicle was actually ready a little faster than quoted, which is always great, and not only that, but my price was actually under the quote! I didn't feel ripped off nor did I feel talked down to (an issue I've run into elsewhere as a woman, unfortunately). This shop is a bit of a drive for me, but the quality service and transparent pricing makes it worth the trip.

All the other places were super expensive and when I messaged this spot, they answered right away and gave their prices and were very honest, which is something I was looking for. When I got there, I dropped off my car and it was super easy. You just have to fill out the sheet and he was even kind enough to also add on the oil change that I wanted even though they were pretty busy. It took just a few hours and I came back to pick it up and the cost was so much better than if I went anywhere else just to do one of those things. I will definitely be back. This will probably be my go to spot for forgetting my car fixed!

They outlined potential issues and explained the costs and repair concerns for my specific model without exaggeration or softening the facts. After a thorough assessment by the repair team, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with their findings. I would certainly recommend Action Transmission for any transmission repairs. They determined I was actually having brake issues. They could have seriously padded their till that day, but provided a service that was the least expensive of the things the issue could have been. I wouldn't have known any better if they told me it was one thing and repaired something different. They kept me informed the entire time of their progress and their completion time, then followed up to ensure all was well. They told me I would need more work done to the brakes, but it could hold off. Now is the time for that work. If I were still close to their store, it would not be a question where I'd be going. Instead, I'm debating convenience over peace of mind
