When it was time to order our meals, I first asked for a Reuben sandwich with fries, but the server informed me that fries were unavailable. Since I was ordering last, I had to look over the menu again and eventually ordered the "Build Your Own Breakfast." When our food arrived, the server forgot to bring the pancakes that came with my order, as well as the baby's water. After I asked for both items, she eventually brought the pancakes. At the same time, she was carrying a glass of orange juice to another table. I asked her about it because both I and another relative at our table had been told that orange juice was unavailable. She replied that she had found two glasses, even though we had both been told that there was no orange juice. Before we had even finished eating, the server brought our to-go boxes and the bill to the table. I asked to speak with the manager, Christine, but unfortunately, I found her attitude to be just as rude as the server's. The manager later returned and asked whether we wanted one check or separate checks. When my daughter and I paid our portions of the bill, we both chose not to leave a tip because tips should reflect the quality of service provided. After my daughter finished paying, the server commented, "No tip? They deserve shit."
