We purchased Sirloin Steaks, 3 different types of awesome innovative sausages and chatted with the owner who was passionate and managed an adept friendly team. Everything that we purchased was top quality and we look forward to purchasing there again the next time we swing by that way. I liked that they have some clever choices, like unique ingredients for signature entrees. The prices were very fair for the quality of the meat. I did not notice Prime meats but maybe that is on occasion or special order. Nonetheless our steaks and sausages were terrific. Bravo and we look forward to going back there again soon!

The fresh turkey and the service I got from Wilson's is better than any grocery store. I used to buy portions of hogs and steer when I had a full house. So far, I've had the stuffed porked loin, the "Wisconsin" stuffed chicken breast and, of course, the turkey. ALL AMAZING! I also purchased the rolls of beef/liver dog food. Since I make my own dog food, this was a nice lean addition to the veggies and brown rice mix I make them. We were unable to find a butcher/packaging store for processing our deer and were desperate. Johnstown Food Center, Johnstown. told us to bring the deer in. Upon dropping the deer off, Benito advised us it would take two weeks. I advised Benito that we were flying back in the week following Thanksgiving. The day after Thanksgiving, Benito called and told us the deer were ready for pickup. I cannot thank Johnstown and Benito enough for expediting the processing of our order. Unfortunately, Johnstown are leaving the Johnstown location. I advise looking at the video's posted on their site to check out their services for further information. This is a family run operation that gets my high fives.
