He responded that such a wait time should be expected, that in order for him to help as many people as he can patients with appointments need to be flexible. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the value of my time. At a minimum Dr. Learned should have had his staff offer me the option of rescheduling when he was not available to keep my appointment. I do not support his business model and do not give him any more of my business. I've been told that his philosophy is not shared by all the doctors in the practice. I'm switching ophthalmologists.

Then I am told I can get the sun glasses up front and up front they are out of them and this is a morning appointment, well at least it started in the morning. The girl tried to give me some that would fit on my reading glasses as if I would drive with reading glasses on. Told them not to call me and that I would not be calling them ever. I met a man also coming out of the office and we talked and he said his wife had the same experience. What a joke this place, cattle call for sure. If you want real care don't go there.
