We were seated in the outdoor area and then sat for over 20 minutes without a single server coming to our table. When someone finally did, they apologized and explained there had been a miscommunication among the staff. I appreciated the apology, but the issues didn't end there -- our salad never made it to the table. Instead, it was packed up at the end of the meal and handed to us to take home, which isn't quite the same as enjoying it with dinner. The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing, but a restaurant is more than just food. With so many other great restaurants in the Winter Garden area, I won't be coming back.

The overall vibe of the restaurant was really nice, and the service was good, although nothing particularly outstanding. The biggest downside was the bathroom. It was honestly pretty disgusting, with paper towels all over the floor and a very strong urine smell. I'd absolutely come back for the pasta, especially the lasagna, but I really hope they pay more attention to the cleanliness of the restrooms.

They have containers of made in house marinara (7.95) and meat sauce so you can purchase everything you need to cook up a pot of pasta. For dessert they have tiramisu, pistachio and ricotta or Torta Della Nonna by Bindi. The frozen pizza has unique toppings. I bought the zucchini and at home the pizza baked up to perfection. The pizza was thin and the crust came out crunchy. I loved it. I also bought a tray of lasagna that was frozen. You let it defrost a little and then bake it in the oven. So easy to make and so good. This is a little restaurant and Italian grocery store. We walked around the little store first. They have a lot of different kinds of pasta, sauces, oils, desserts, and more. They also have grab and go cheesecakes, tiramisu, and cannoli. We waited at the counter to place our order for quite a while. Once we ordered, we found a nice little spot to sit inside. It took a while for our food to come, which was surprising because we just got the pizza slices. We added pepperoni to one of them, but it was pretty obvious the pizza is just sitting in the back waiting to be warmed up when it's ordered. The slices were HUGE. The pizza itself wasn't my favorite. I saw someone sitting next to us who got a meatball sub. Next time, I'm trying that. The sub looked amazing. Overall, it was a fine experience. I wouldn't come here for the pizza, but I would come back to try some of the other food.

I'll take my pizza with an attitude on top thank you?…read more So right from the start walking up to the counter we were greeted by a girl who just seemed blatantly entitled from the start as we ordered a very simple two pizzas to go one pepperoni and onion and one vodka sauce it was then that the girl who hadn't said more than two words to me says is that all and I said yes but thankfully I noticed on the screen she gave me one with hot honey on it and was charging me for it I told her I didn't want that and she said well you told me you wanted hot honey it was then the other person with me said that I never said that and the girl caught even more of an attitude knowing someone else knew she was in the wrong like I'm not sure what her problem was but learn how to be nice to someone who's actually being nice to you and that's coming from someone who's worked in the retail and hospitality sector for a very long time as I could have been rude back but that solves nothing! After dealing with her we waited for our pizza and after it was done we went to get it and then upon opening it we discovered that they must be on a onion budget because there was a few pieces of it on our pie with more than half of it lacking one of the toppings we had paid an extra few dollars for not wanting to deal with her attitude again we just ate it. Of the two pizzas the vodka sauce one was the better of the two but the pizza itself felt like it lacked a good amount of vodka sauce leaving one to eat just what it had on top of it, with the pepperoni one being about the same but with the missing onions. Either way I feel as if our whole group just felt as if we weren't wanted here as our pizzas were lacking what they were supposed to have and the encounter left us feeling like this was done intentionally to us for correcting one entitled cashier who likes to argue, needless to say I wouldn't come back here again.

I've been dying to go to this place for over a year since seeing their Halloween presentation last year in social media reels. From the moment you walk in the entire restaurant transforms into a Galaxy far far away. The decorations, the menu, music and attention to detail make it feel like an experience rather than just a meal. My daughter and I had so much fun exploring everything and taking it all in. We went on the last day of the pop-up so they were out of the Star Wars cups. I definitely have to say I was a little disappointed but that's on me. Now I know for the future go within the first few weeks. The theme drinks were definitely the highlight. They were creative, beautifully presented and fit for the Star Wars by perfectly. They were just as much a part of the experience as the decor itself. My daughter orders the blue raspberry drink with gummies and I ordered the C3PO drink with bourbon St Germain fresh lemon juice, pineapple juice, apple cider, pineapple, sliced cherry and gold leaf. For the food, the pizza is delicious with a great crust and plenty of flavor. My only critique is that the theme simple on top wasn't very recognizable. I couldn't really tell what it was supposed to be. The garlic knots were okay but they didn't stand out compared to the rest of the meal. Mangoni puts A lot of effort into transforming the entire restaurant for each themed event. It's immersive, fun and clear that a lot of thought goes into creating experience that goes beyond the food. If you're a Star Wars band or just enjoy unique themed dining, it's definitely worth checking out. I for sure will be back during their Halloween themed days as well.

I booked "standard seating" rather than "outside." We were immediately sat outside. I explained this to the host, and they said this is not the first time someone has explained this to her, so this is something the team at Mangoni needs to work on, especially since people are coming for the ambiance of their holiday pop ups. I was told that the inside was booked, but they were able to accommodate (yet half the tables remained empty inside during our entire visit). Unfortunately, we were sat right where the staff collects the food orders as they are ready, and they were a bit stressed out so as a former server who still has recurring dreams of waiting tables in never ending shifts, this was causing me anxiety. I enjoyed the food overall. We got the special Halloween garlic knots to start. These were a bit too dense for me and too light on the garlic, but the sauce was good. Next came the Mangoni salad and Ghostly Margherita. These were really fresh and delicious. The cocktails are strong so beware. I had ordered the Voodoo Queen. Really fruity and refreshing, though. We were also given the Bite of the Living Bread to go, as they had an extra made in error. Can't comment on it, since I didn't try it yet, and I am not a sausage fan. I do intend to try a bit soon. Both the server and manager commented on how "long" it took to get our pizza, but we didn't feel like we were waiting at all (that's why the extra was given to us besides there being an extra).
