I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and Joey! If I could give them more…read morethan 5 stars, I absolutely would. I was in a VERY stressful situation and had been scrambling all day calling different places trying to figure out what to do. Being located in South Ozone Park sometimes people don't want to come out here. They were the only company willing to make themselves available and actually help me when I needed it. And Joey went WAY above and beyond what he was even there to do. My old black Jeep needed to be removed, but my business partner's vehicle was stuck behind it in the driveway with a completely dead battery. Instead of just saying that wasn't his problem and leaving, Joey went out of his way to find someone he works with to help. They safely moved my business partner's vehicle, removed my black Jeep, and then PUT THE OTHER VEHICLE BACK IN MY DRIVEWAY for me! He absolutely did not have to do all of that, but he understood the situation I was in and made sure everything was taken care of from beginning to end. After the stressful day I had, I can finally breathe and sleep peacefully tonight knowing my BMW is safely in my driveway. The professionalism, patience, kindness, and extra effort were incredible. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They showed up when I needed them, kept their word, handled everything safely, I made some money, and they went far beyond what I expected. Joey, THANK YOU!! You truly saved my day. This is exactly how a business should treat its customers.
