Make sure if you go with U-Haul storage that you get someone who knows what they're talking about…read more I was told one thing by one employee then was overcharged the next month and when I talked to Diana about it she said something about prepaying months which wasn't stated in the email I had originally asked the question about. When I asked for someone higher up than her all she said was "Well I can give you my bosses number but he's just gonna tell you to deal with it" which in my opinion is pretty rude considering it's not my fault another employee told me the wrong info. Usually in customer service they honor the customer especially when it's their fault they don't train or explain things to their employees properly.
