Mike was awesome to work with and even though I had to call him more than once because of my own craziness he was still very nice. When our driver arrived on Christmas morning ten minutes early to take us to the airport we were more than excited. Our son left us in the house and ran to get in the car. When we finally got in the car it was super clean. I was a little worried that it may smell like smoke because the drive was standing outside the car smoking while waiting on us but thank goodness it didn't. He wasn't very talkative but was very nice and was a very safe driver. We would have him as a driver again. I recommended Anton to our son's godmother who has a booking a car service for an upcoming business trip. She's booking with them today 12/26/23! We will definitely book with Anton's for our next travel to and from NY airports.

At about 4:15, I phoned Ortiz and there was no answer. I needed to get to Laguardia Airport and so I called Lyft. Lyft arrived in a few minutes, and drove me to the airport for less than Ortiz would have charged. I made my flight no thanks to Ortiz Transportation.

I said the plane is delayed and going to be late; again no problem just call when you land. So when we landed I called and called and called. Five times. No answer and no taxi ride as planned. Then he saw us approach the vehicle and didnt even help us put the stuff in the trunk, we stood behind the vehicle for about a minute before he actually helped. He wasn't that great of a driver on top of that, my mother and I felt uncomfortable within that short amount of distance that we were riding in the car.
