On 3/9 approximately 15:30 our car broke down and our insurance company contacted Trouble Call…read moreTowing. We were given an estimated time of 90 minutes. At a 100 minutes, our insurance contacted us to find out if tow truck arrived, and we replied "no" and they said they will contact the towing company. At 120 minutes we contacted tow company directly and they replied they will contact driver and call us back. Over 2 and a half hours later, we called tow company and the person who answered told us driver has been sending messages and calling for the past 2 hrs (time frame not right), our phone goes straight to voicemail and they couldn't contact us, though we had a signal the whole time and receiving calls and messages from others. Tow company didn't even know our location or that we gave an additional phone number if the first couldn't be contacted. Long story short, highly not recommended due to dishonesty from company contact and irresponsibility putting the blame on the customer. This is exactly the opposite of "Aloha Spirit" here in Hawaii. Shame on the person working the phone at that time.

I then found on a Instagram post that the owners son Tacoma was riding my bike without my knowledge . It seems that the police department is getting a kickback from these tow companies and they're working hand-in-hand together. We showed up with a truck where we could've took all three bikes, but the police officer insisted that the bikes were towed. It felt shiesty and corrupt. It was brought to my attention that Tacoma their son was bragging at school that he was riding the bikes and posted it on Instagram . Bad business , Bad parenting
