They have been ILLEGALLY holding my car at their lot and charging storage fees for various made-up reasons, all of which I can prove are lies for a week now. It should never have been in their lot in the first place if they did the job they were contracted to do. These bottom feeders are out to make a buck off the insurance companies, all while making an already traumatic situation even worse by not realizing that there are actual people being affected by their shady practices.
