I was looking for a particular perfume that unfortunately they no longer carry, but not to worry I found it on Amazon! Y-E-A-H! Anyway, I highly recommend this store.

I'm in my early 30s now and have sensitive skin so my makeup really bothered me and made my eyes burn causing a headache. I went into this location and explained and they directed me to the Clinique section. I was then helped to shade match foundation and suggested other products. They ordered what was out of stock for me as well and it was delivered to my home. Super helpful and non-judgemental people! Thank you!

From the time you arrive she makes you feel right at home even offered us a bottle of water which was real nice touch. She was able to listen to what we wanted then have the experience and skill to create the look we were looking for. My wife had a cut and color. April took the time to create a great color and still leave my wife's hair completely heathy with her great products . My wife is crazy about her new look and we thank you April for making that happen . We will definitely be back

I left multiple voice mails, which were all unreturned. Finally, I decided to book a time slot through her StyleSeat page (as there doesn't seem to be an official website). Only then did she call to tell me there was a mistake and the website double-booked me so she wouldn't be able to accommodate me that day. So, she scheduled me for a week later! Then, on the day of the appointment, I got slightly lost because the building name is completely different from her business name "NE Styles", so I walked in 7 minutes late. When I walked in, there was a couple sitting in her office chatting with her, and she was completely surprised upon my arrival, as if she had no knowledge of my appointment. I told her I had an appointment at that time and she responded, "Well, now you're late. I have to keep up with my appointments and I'm going to do them now instead." However, I had a 45-minute time slot booked for a haircut - which she said would take 30 minutes while I was there. In other words, I still had 38 minutes left in my time slot, and she still refused to cut my hair. She wouldn't hear any of it, and said she wouldn't allow me to have my hair cut regardless. Furthermore, there is nothing anywhere on her webpage mentioning a penalty like that for being about 5 minutes late. She told me I either had to wait for 2 hours or come back in a week. I booked an appointment for a week later... only to receive a voicemail from her that same exact day (1 hour before my appointment) that she had jury duty and would not be able to follow through with that appointment either. Then, she told me I should go ahead and see if I could get a refund from Groupon. This was an extremely unpleasant experience with a completely unprofessional, disorganized and, frankly, nasty stylist. I will most certainly spread the story to anyone who considers having his or her hair done in this area. I have never written a review in my life, but I feel very passionately about informing people of this awful business.

I get to an apartment complex (5 minutes early) not knowing where to go I ask! I get a response 15 minutes later (by this time it's 2:30PM) I sit and wait an additional 15 minutes before texting & asking "What is your apartment number?" No response. I text again and ask her if I should leave. Immediately I get a reply saying "You're being impatient you need to understand to wait for me to respond" this was 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. Keep in mind, if you're 10 minutes late for your appointment there's a fee, if you're 15 minutes late or later, your appointment gets cancelled. In short, it was okay for her to run behind WITHOUT giving me any notice but if I had been late my appointment would've gotten canceled. I sat and waited until 3:30 APPROXIMATELY and she never responded. Rude, inconsiderate, & ABSOLUTELY unprofessional! This is a warning please be careful who you try to bring business to, some people are ungrateful and will treat you like how this young lady treated me! ***In response to Owner: This review is absolutely accurate! You were rude and inconsiderate ma'am. I sat outside with no further information 15 minutes after my appointment time. Now had you let me know AHEAD of time that you were running behind, this would've been a completely different story. You never gave me the courtesy of letting me know I would be waiting! But in the same breath, if I was late to my appointment there would have been penalties! Clients don't have a voice anymore it's like your time is more valuable than mine? If you know you're not gonna be able to take me at my appointment time, LET ME KNOW! It's called COURTESY! You stated I got there early... wouldn't that have been a great time to say "Hey I'm running behind my apologies! I'll be with you shortly " but you NEVER told me you just had me sitting in the parking lot for AN HOUR! I cannot make this up :( I wish it didn't happen. I'd hate to think this is how you do business but this was my experience. I would never bash anyone this is just a warning for people like me who work full time & schedule an appointment to get something done for themselves then this happens. You run into someone who doesn't take your time seriously. It's hurtful & people need to be aware.
