I've always had very long healthy hair until about 3 months, when I got a Hack job of a haircut (from my old hairdresser) and horrible fringe. I've never had extensions and never needed them so I was skeptical about them. When I went for my consult with Shai she was so helpful, informative and such a sweet soul! Also affordable, a similar stylist wanted to charge me almost double! She explained the process and how she would blend in the choppy pieces in my hair. No braids, no glue, no tape and my hair can still grow healthy with my extensions. Her motto is no humps no bumps and she delivered! To sum it up, Shai gave me back my confidence!! I haven't worn my hair down at all in the last 3 months, and now I don't know if I'll ever put it up! But I am still have to pull it back for work when necessary. So whether you're looking for length, volume, or to cover up a nightmare of a hair cut, Shai is your girl!

She wont apologize either, she replied saying she's working solo and that she tends to her clients and pretty much what you're left understanding is: "deal with it" I should have just asked groupon to refund my money then, but I didn't, and eventually she got back to me and I was able to make an appointment only to have her leave me a message the day before the appointment to cancel...... After all the trouble I went through to get that appointment, even though I had told her that the reason why I wanted to ensure the appointment was because I had a function to attend and wanted to get it done before then. I wrote back trying to be flexible and suggested another time; guess what? She didn't get back to me. Why should a paying client have to go through so much trouble to have a service rendered to them? She obviously doesn't need my business and to prevent anyone else from going through what I did, I heed you all this warning; you're better off just going to one of those walk in places, that's what I will end up having to do.
