Took son's vehicle in for issues, charged $140 for diagnosis that was really just "replace single thing ($3k) and by the way, we recommend you do things you didn't even bring the vehicle to us to look at...(additional $2k) and really you should just get a new car since it has 90k miles on it." (On a vehicle that is known for 200-300k miles and consistently one of the top 10 vehicles for reliability) Then it got interesting. After a Google review detailing the above, my son starts to get harassing texts telling him to remove the review. Maybe these guys do good work... Lots of positive reviews. I am not a fan of bullying behavior, but will take the high ground here and simply suggest they work more on effective interpersonal communications with their customers and less on policing the reviews and harassing people who have bad experiences with them.

Just had him change my timing belt, tensioner, and water pump. He called during to tell me my power steering belt and serpentine belt needed to be replaced also. Just charged me for the belts, no extra labor. Not the first time I've been there(he fixed my a/c last year) and won't be the last. Hard to find a really good mechanic you can trust and doesn't try to over charge. Can't say enough good things about KC Auto, so if you're looking for a good honest place, look no further! I went to replace the multifunction switch to find they had broken the carrier and zip tied it in place. Garbage company. Our experience was absolutely horrible. We took our 09 Toyota Highlander to Cartec this morning for…read morea free inspection (to continue the inspection the needed to replace the valve cover gasket for $330) because our car kept dying when we would come to a stop, we gave them our car for 3 hours and then got a call back from a lady who said that the total would now be $550 because they broke a solenoid that was "frozen in the head of the engine" instead of calling us before they decided it would just be better to break it out. On the phone since they decided they wanted us to pay for it we decided it would be smarter on our end to threaten to take them to court because we're not paying for a part that you broke without asking, Jerry (the owner) said on the phone that he would get the costs covered and he would message us when they are done with the car. Once we arrived to pickup our car the battery light was on (it wasn't before) and they still made us pay the $330 for the valve cover gasket. We left, went home, opened the hood of our car to see that the alternator was not even connected to the car anymore and the bolt was gone, the cover on the top of the battery was just sitting on the side, and the alternator wire was covered in a bunch of electrical tape. So, we take it back to get our alternator hooked back up and Jerry was being very unethical and not understanding at all about the fact that they left our car like that. He finally found a bolt that fits, after trying 3 other ones of which fell into our engine bay, and then sent us on our way.

I had a very disappointing experience at Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow. I visited to purchase…read morea vehicle and was misled by the salesman, Daryon, who made promises about details and vehicle condition that were not fulfilled when promised. Despite agreeing on a windshield replacement and a premium detail the vehicle was neither properly detailed nor had the windshield replaced the day of pick up. The dealership had 1 week to complete the items because I had an upcoming vacation. Daryon became irate when I expressed my concerns and dismissed me, even though I had a clear agreement. I had to return to the dealership multiple times, where I was met with more unprofessionalism from Daryon who at one point raised his voice at me and Rob from finance had to ask him to Leave 3 times before he finally did. Rob ultimately got me connected with Manager Keegan was the only one to handle the situation appropriately. It's clear that Daryon will say anything to close a deal. I sincerely hope Ferguson takes customer service more seriously than their sales targets. Because no customer deserves to be lied to and treated this way. Be cautious when buying from here, as the promises made may not be honored. The vehicle still has a terrible smell. There are more details I have left out and would love the opportunity to discuss those details with a leader at Ferguson. On a positive note, Brian S, Keegan, and Rob were helpful. Daryon, however, needs a serious lesson in integrity and customer service. I love the vehicle, but the experience was awful.

They emailed me at 6:18 pm and setup a appointment the next day they emailed me and said it sold at 6:30 pm but they have a few more similar of course they were way more expensive.
