At no point were store policies shared or encouraged to look at prior to sending the deposit. This was not accommodated because they claimed I had already reschedule once before, which I hadn't. And it was only then that I learned the $75 deposit I made was not refundable. Not sure who it is that you text with, but they are quite rude. Scam artists for not sharing store policies via text or referring you to them prior to making deposits.

Milla welcomed me with a smile and excitement on tackling my hair. She said she loves working on client with curls but I assured her to just wait. The room isn't closed out, the top is open so you can hear the music and conversations outside of the room, but it's not loud and overbearing so you do have the opportunity to still zen out and relax. And man did I relax!!!!! They don't seem to do the whole video examination of the scalp which I have seen advertised in some places. It was simply go and start on the wash. And I love getting pampered (when I can afford it). I love getting facials, massages, manicured and pedicures. And now I plan on adding this to my roster. My normal hair stylist offers a deep wash but this is a deep clean of the scalp which feels totally different and you feel all the tingles. Head tingles, body tingles, which I felt helped me zone out. Now I will say process itself did feel longer than expected. I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and with the blowout process it did take over an hour (again thick, coiled hair) but Milla was so great.
