Onofreo's maintenance man immediately did everything necessary to stop the leak, as well as found and repaired the problem. Even though they are more expensive than other companies I've had in the past when it comes to things like this, they can't be beat. I started to have issues with the unit and called the original contractor that installed it and was told 3 weeks. Since I was a first time home buyer I didn't realize that if you don't move the warranty over in 90 days you lose the warranty. Celco to the rescue........ Called and spoke to Lisa. I asked a lot of questions because I don't know anything about home improvement and she was patient and answer. She then engaged Trane to help me and try to get the warranty extended. They dispatched a repair man named Brian. He came to my home and within 5 second on call points out the line that was welded incorrectly. 2 hours later and my unit is fixed...... It would be enough if the story ended there but...... Lisa helped me engage home depot who is working with me to get refunded for this irresponsible contractor that installed the unit.
