Bowman then charged $2400.00 for a circuit board and more Freon!!! Only reason I'm having them come out again is we have one more maintenance call due & paid for Which is needed since system totally not working due to a power surge a day ago. BUT! I will then have Onofrio take over and deal with my properties. Shame on Bowman and kudos to Onofrio!
