Onofreo's maintenance man immediately did everything necessary to stop the leak, as well as found and repaired the problem. Even though they are more expensive than other companies I've had in the past when it comes to things like this, they can't be beat. It's a high pitched squeal. We've had Onofreo out maybe 10 times and each technician has had a different diagnosis and /or solution. Sometimes they contradict one another entirely. Onofreo just keeps coming back, making tweaks, reversing and re-reversing solutions. My only assumption is that the system has faulty parts or was installed incorrectly. It's been terrible and the ordeal has lasted for 8 months now after installation.

Celco has "repaired" my unit twice and every year, as soon as the warranty period is up, the same repair fails. As soon as I ask them to come back they provide an outrageous service fee plus diagnostic fee and that does not even cover the repair - just the cost to come to take a look. My last appointment was a preventative maintenance service which I prepaid for and took a day off of work. 15 minutes before my pre-scheduled time, the serviceman calls and says his truck broke down and can't make it and no one else to come that same day. And, not a single person called to reschedule the service. Find yourself another HVAC company. I will.
