I asked the manager if she could hold two items for about an hour while I looked around the mall, and she immediately said they don't hold merchandise. I've shopped at plenty of clothing stores and have never felt pressured to share my information just to buy an outfit. It made the checkout experience uncomfortable. The store itself is cute, and I liked the clothes enough to make the purchase, but the overall attitude from the staff came across as unwelcoming and cliquey. Most of the clothes and accessories for females seemed targeted toward young people, but I'm glad I stopped in and checked out all of their cute loot.
