I thought wow, this is different and even commented to the person on the phone. She then said she would talk the doctor and call me back. The following say I hadn't heard from them, so I called. After being put on hold, I was then told the doctor will not take me on as a patient. I was so dumbfounded and shocked that I didn't know what to say. Being judged without even meeting the doctor and her making a decision based on a phone call is just appalling. The pain is unreal but the Advanced Orthopedic center could not care less.

Sat in the lobby for almost an hour past my appointment time while they helped at least a half dozen people who had walked in after me. At about 10:15 AM, I got an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and that I'd need to reschedule, WHILE I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. I am going to skip the details, other than to say I never saw my PA, she was AWOL from the practice, one person telling me she was scheduled off, the other telling me she didn't work there and never had. Dr. was not available - out of the office until October. Office manager was not available - hadn't come to work yet, at 10AM. If there was a way to give negative stars, I'd be doing that right now. Already found a new practice to see, they're finding time to fit me in Monday.

I especially trust his wholistic side, & have asked for, & received advice about supplements & OTC remedies. I find myself wanting to eschew prescription pills, in favor of more natural approaches.
