I recently visited Dr Lawrence Elliott at his office in Venice. I find the office staff to be very…read moreefficient in the signing in procedure. I was moved along quickly without much wait time and Dr. Elliott's assistant, Oksana, greeted me and was extremely knowledgeable and displayed a very positive outlook in preparing me for my visit with Dr. Elliott. Greeting me for my stress tests was Jennifer and loi. Jennifer and Loi are outstanding nurses and assisted me throughout the test. They both were a fountain of knowledge. I was also impressed with having had many stress tests I never had the doctor present. This time Dr Elliott was with me at all times explaining and encouraging me. It was a pleasant and informative test and I thank everyone's involvement.

When I asked for my vitals numbers or results from my EKG and echocardiogram , I was told that only the Dr was allowed there to give them. My vitals ??? When I asked why results were not on my portal , I was told the same thing. What practice nowadays doesn't use a portal ??? I was told that I had to wait (6 weeks ) till my next appointment to get results. I told the idiot at the front desk that my pcp needed them to find out what was going on.
