Facility and people who worked there were great. The billing department however was a total nightmare. Had PET scan on june 9th, 2025. Paid almost 900.00 co pay. Made sure to get my co pay 3 days before or they would cancel my appointment, paying the day of not an option. Had scan they submitted the bill to insurance on June 28th insure paid claim on June 30th. co pay not itemized on claim. When I looked up claim on insurance app my co pay was supposed to be 121 dollars which means they got paid an addional 700+ dollars. Contacted billing department several times was never called back. Finally got a hold of someone the end of July was told would take 30 days to process. End of August no refund. Talked to someone again said it would take a couple week to get my money back. Here it is beginning ofOctober just got off the phone with someone else and again was told should get my money by end of month. Needless to as at this point I lost it and totally went off on the person who I was talking to. Person could care less what I was telling her so at that point I was over being polite. Excellent professional from the front desk that process a person to the technicans who are very positive and absolutely know what they are doing. I've gone to other radiology offices and the doctors have been frustrated by the lack of correct information! The employees are very compassionate as I suppose they know how uncomfortable a situation coming to this stage in life when you need these types of exams can be. I believe that Radiology Regional should be commended for hiring such caring, intelligent (they certainly know what they're doing) and well conducted professionals! Thank you as it certainly is a difficult time in some of our lives when we come to have these exams done and I know for me, I have always been treated so nicely and respectfully. Radiology Regional knocked it out of the park on a Friday when the waiting room was full as I scanned the room for an empty chair. I expected the worst and was delighted to be quickly greeted by a customer-centric, knowledgable front desk team member to initiate the process. Within 10 minutes, Mia appeared in the doorway, calling my name. Mia was welcoming, knowledgeable and comforting since I had never been through that particular exam. She brought me back to the Waiting area where my next smiling technician called my name within 5 minutes! Again, my technician was friendly, caring and knowledgable, completing my exam efficiently and answering all my questions. Overall time on a very busy Friday was 45 minutes for 2 different exams! Our son was seen for headaches and dizziness and a CT scan was ordered. We scheduled with Radiology Regional because we have always used them over the years. They have multiple locations - we were able to get in quickly by taking an appointment a little further from home but just as convenient in our case. When the results revealed he required immediate medical attention, their team reached out and informed us of the results. They were able to strategically provide results for the medical team at the hospital allowing us to focus on his care. We are so grateful! read more

I have had great experiences at this facility. Last year, I had my yearly mammo and bone density scan; this year just my mammo. It's easy to register or call to set up an appointment. On the day of your test, upon arrival, you just sign in at the tablets by the front door; they call you to the desk - show them photo ID, insurance card and script for the test - then within 10 min. I was being called up. The technicians are courteous and professional. The technician for my mammogram, this year, was Angelica. Within a couple of days, my results were back. read more

Everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable in there field I have to say coodoos to 12€¥£my nurs Lauree. She took charge in making sure I was getting all my meds on time. I am not saying the rest of the staff wasn't. But Lauree went above and beyond. She could tell when I was really uncomfortable and address it with her humor, witt and compassion . Danielle was our ultrasound radiologist during the anatomy scan for our very first child. She was able to answer all our questions. She confirmed that we are having a baby boy and that my placenta is far away from the cervix, minimizing the need for a c section. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Did her best to show us as much of the baby as she could. She showed us a lot. I'm glad she was able to share in an important part of this journey. read more

i was quickly greeted at the reception. filled out the forms, sent to the main desk to verify insurance. Right on time I was called in for my mammogram. Then another xray technician conducted the dexascan. Both were friendly and kind. The equipment was clean and conducted by both women efficiently. the rooms were pleasant the mammogram room even had two fish images to look at which were calming. Was a good experience. From the moment I checked in for my cardiac CAT scan interview to the moment I left it was a seamless appointment. The front desk clerk checked me in quickly and efficiently.. My name was then called in no time. Paramedics Dave and Mike performed a professional and thorough EKG and led me through the next steps of the actual CAT scan. I had a breast biopsy and my ultrasound tech (Dani)who've I've dealt a few times prior to thus was also nervous as it was her first time working with this Dr. Who she claimed was the best.
