DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this towing company. Made arrangements for a vehicle tow on Monday for a set time frame and set drop off location on a Wedneaday. Confirmed the arrangment on the expected day of service. Upon subsequent contact was told they were on their way, which was a lie. Called again with no answer and never showed. Unreliable liars. This company comes on private property without verifying any information and wants to tow my car . We called sheriffs department to report the incident. The person trying to tow my car was rude, disgusting and used profanity and violated my personal space . read more

My insurance company contracted them to pick up my bike and take it to the dealer. I got a notification that they were on the way at 7:50am and would be here within the hour. at 8:56 I was told that they went to another pickup and I would be after that. At 9:16 I was told by the driver that his dispatcher sent him to another pickup and I would be delayed again. at 1:50 he called me again and sid that he was now going to pickup a car and he could swing by with that car and put my motorcycle on the back behind the car. Are you kidding me? Put my expensive motorcycle on the back of the truck BEHIND the car? I contacted my insurance company who cancelled and found me a better company. The WORST tow company I have ever encountered. After you guys called my phone multiple times while I was at work, I attempted to call back to gather some information about my car's whereabouts/costs. I let ROBERT, THE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR/DISPATCH, know I was at work so I needed all of the information quickly since I was in between meetings. He then called me a slur because he "didn't like my tone". Also told me that he's no longer helping and that I should get the information about MY car from someone else because they have "other customers to take care of". He also said because he didn't like my tone, I will now be being charged more (from $450 to $570+) and they are no longer sending me an invoice after requesting my email address multiple times to process the invoice. When I requested a manager or someone else to talk to, he refused and continued to emphasize that I will now have to pay more and basically insinuated that the more I talked and he didn't like my tone, the more I'd have to pay. Overall I was not helped and I was called a very offensive slur. Do better. *Update* the owner Matthew D thinks he did me a favor TODAY by not charging me an overnight storage fee after I was refused an appointment to come pick the car up YESTERDAY in the first place. Also the "24 hours" listed here is a LIE since they claim to have opened "early" to help me...it was 8AM which is normal working hours according to your dispatcher. The address provided is a literal trailer park and the place is a dump. Based on the owners response he obviously co-signs his employees using slurs against customers. My damaged vehicle was sitting in an auto repair shop in Bellflower for 2 days, and my insurance company assigned my 2nd tow to Maad Towing. I called their office to have my vehicle towed to a shop in Fullerton today, Monday, 3/25/2024. Their office notified the driver, and I inform the office that the other shop will close in an hour. The driver, Ismael, was able to pick up my vehicle in Bellflower and towed it to the Fullerton shop before their yard closes at 5:30pm. Fortunately, Ismael was able to make it to the Fullerton yard and secured my damaged vehicle. I greatly appreciate the driver for securing my vehicle and notifying me twice. Hope that Maad Towing owners will reward their driver, Ismael, for his great customer service, concern for customers and his dedication to do an excellent job. THANK YOU AGAIN, ISMAEL. read more
