But the inside is full of beef, pork, chicken, smoked sausage and so much more. They have an area that they serve cooked food, but that portion closes after lunch time. We got our cow loaded into the cooler and we got a credit for not taking the boxes. So of course we went inside to buy some chicken and smoked sausage and bacon (with or without the rind) that they slice right there. Amazing pricing and service was quick, helpful and knowledgeable. They ship too which is good to know since it was a 2 hour drive for us.

This place is only open FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS. It is easily a local favorite for bbq. I enjoy the pulled pork sandwich the most, including baked beans (which has ground turkey in it). The smoked chicken would also be in the running for my favorite as it is very juicy and soft to bite into. I have never had a bad meal here and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It is very easy to spot as usually there is a huge smoke stack coming out the back where the meats are being smoked. Usually a 5-10 minute wait. If you want good bbq and are in the area on a Friday or Saturday I would most defined stop here.

The staff was exceptional, with even the one of the owners checking on us. My wife and I love good BBQ and had some of the best around the country. The ribs had a nice bite through while still being tender and juicy. The sliced brisket was moist and had a really nice smoke ring on it. They had three barbecue sauces on the table all mad in house 1) original a sweet and smoky bbq, 2) a mustard based sauce, and a pepper vinegar sauce all of which were very good. Now the sides were some of the best I have had in a long time. 1) roasted brussel sprouts in a maple glaze, 2) braised cabbage with bacon, 3) braised collards, and 4) Cajun fries.
