We met Andrew, the owner, and he not only fixed our problem, but he also found a couple screws in our tires and patched one of the holes up for us right away! We were so thankful because we thought this might be a loooong detour on our trip to NY but in about a half hour, he got us squared up and ready to get back on the road. Not only did he fix our car, he even grabbed some water for our pup. He went above and beyond to help us out! He is Friendly, kind, honest, and great at what he does! Will def recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

As a professional business, they need to work on their communication skills and clarity. After going back and forth with the price when the job was done, I was rudely told to "go to Philly" to get my tint. This isn't indicative of quality customer service at all. If there was a more professional appointment system in place, then I would've received an e-mail with a price in black and white instead of playing the bait-and-switch game. She would not admit she quoted me what she indeed quoted me over the phone. I've had tint installed here 2 years ago but they have lost a repeat customer. I'm no longer referring people to spend money in this establishment. I came in here to spend my hard-earned money and I wasn't treated with respect at all.

I bought my 2014 Cadillac CTS4 3.6L three years ago. I bought it at an auction through my dealer and it was still under manufacture warranty. At 35,000 miles it was pretty well worn. I have it under dealer care still at 78,000 miles. I have never had it detailed before. I have recently moved. And for most of its life with me, it was parked in an underground parking lot. I have a car wash monthly subscription. And until February of this year. The interior was regularly vacuumed. Other than that, I have never really had strong esthetic car care. I met Marvin through my lovely wife, less than a year ago. He is an awesome man. Full disclosure, he is like family to me now. He was among the few invited to my wedding this past July. All that being said. I want you to know that his detailing work is the best I have ever seen. I thought I was being biased myself. The next day I took my car to the gas station. Two people stopped me while I was pumping gas. One person said, "...this is the cleanest car I have ever seen." He then asked me for IDM Detail's phone number. The other guy owned a local body shop. The car attracted him to me. We started a conversation and now I might have a new Real Estate client out of it. I have fallen in love with my car again. Marvin, buffed and polished a shine in my car I have never seen. And the interior smells like a clean the factory needs to put in its new cars off the lot. I highly recommend IDM Detail.
