All of our guests connected with Yana throughout the party and we were able to get some memorable candid shots of guests enjoying themselves. Yana was also able to cover several "detail shots" of the many DIY projects that we had worked on to make the our engagement party "extra special." We also added a special "photo booth" type section to the venue which Yana was able to shoot with such ease and professionalism. I also hired Yana to shoot my Husband's birthday party which was on a moving Trolley. Yana was able to take some great shots even while the Trolley was in motion--now that takes some talent. After coming across their photos when researching different potential photographers that had experience at our venue, we were very interested in meeting them. There aren't enough words to describe how skilled and professional they are--they are amazing photographers (individually and as a duo) and clearly love what they do. Our proposal photoshoot was the only prior experience we had in terms of taking professional photos as a couple. We met them in person for the first time at our engagement photoshoot--they immediately made us feel comfortable and were seriously thoughtful about the entire process, whether it was the location choices, minute-by-minute weather changes/forecast, outfit changes, etc. It really feels like they plan for everything and care about the little details. When we asked them about another vendor they would potentially work with on the day of our wedding, they even referenced notes they made when they had worked with them for a prior wedding. Throughout the whole process, they were prompt communicators (frequently responding to an email within minutes!) and guided us with experience and patience that we really appreciated. From the very beginning, Vinh was incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely friendly. His communication is exceptional. I don't think he ever took more than 24 hours to respond to my requests. My fiancé and I are not photogenic people. We've never done a photoshoot together and honestly i'm a bit awkward. You have to immediately go through a lengthy three-phase process to choose that photo --no consulting with friends/partners. Okay, so maybe I should have found the fine print, but it turns out "professionally edited" means "created by AI." It generated an image that looks like a 25-year-old digital avatar of me, quite different from the original photo. The website also claims that "We offer 2 rounds of free revisions," but I have not received a response a week after asking for one. So, I'm using the raw image, which is fine.
