You have to immediately go through a lengthy three-phase process to choose that photo --no consulting with friends/partners. Okay, so maybe I should have found the fine print, but it turns out "professionally edited" means "created by AI." It generated an image that looks like a 25-year-old digital avatar of me, quite different from the original photo. The website also claims that "We offer 2 rounds of free revisions," but I have not received a response a week after asking for one. So, I'm using the raw image, which is fine.

Since I was renewing my passport online, I asked for the digital photos. The nice man let me use the mirror to make sure my hair was how I liked it, and then took a few headshots. What was uncomfortable for me was that his dog was in the store and kept licking my knee while I was sitting for the photos (1 star off). I have never seen pets roam free in a place of business. The photos were okay -- they fit the right dimensions required by the U.S. Passport Service. There were two photos that I sort of liked, and ultimately chose one of the two. The man told me they would be e-mailed to me. After I got home, I only saw one photo in my e-mail. When I asked for the second one, he said $25.99 is for only 1 digital photo, so I felt kind of ripped off (1 star off)...why would 1 digital photo cost more than 2 physical photos? I should have just had a friend take a digital photo for me in front of a white background with my phone. The process was fast for sure, but maybe too fast. $25.99 for 5 minutes and you only get 1 photo.

Tiffany prioritizes spending time with clients before, during, and after the photo shoot to make sure that she is able to capture your vision and deliver photos that exceed your expectations. During the pre-shoot consultation, she spent time discussing what types of photos I wanted to capture and she provided helpful guidance on how I could prepare (and what to consider in clothing choices) to have the best shoot possible. Onsite during the shoot, she worked efficiently to capture as many photos as possible, while still taking the time to connect and help me feel at ease. And within a relatively short timeframe after the shoot, she scheduled time to review and help walk me through the process to select the photos for my package. He decided to be a real two-year-old. He was A LOT! Our photographer, Chung, had the patience of a saint. I didn't think we'd get any good photos! Our session was about 40 minutes or so and Chung tried his best to get many photos. True to his word, the gallery was available to me by 8am the following day. WOW! When he said the gallery would be available the next day, I was thinking wayyyyy at the end of the day. Nope! My gallery was available a little after 8. Nice!
