I have mixed feelings about this store. Returns and exchanges have been a snap, since the customer service staff is so darn friendly (fresh from Memphis, I just can't get used to that!), even with awkward items like 8 foot fluorescent light bulbs. On the other hand...we attempted to shop for some appliances here, and it was quite frustrating. Most of the displayed items had tags indicating that next day delivery was available; however, the guy who was helping us admitted that the delivery crew was a bit behind, so it would be more like 3 weeks. Not what I wanted to hear when I just bought and moved into a house with world's worst appliances! Pricing and availability was also a bit dodgy, and overall it was difficult to imagine actually making such a large purchase when they seemed so disorganized. Overall this store is perfectly adequate, so if I have coupons or gift cards, I'd definitely come back, but otherwise, I'll be at Menards up the street.

Lowe's rebate is a ploy If I could give less than one star I…read morewould. Lowe's 500.00 rebate is a ploy for them to use your money for months. They say you'll, get your rebate in 6 to 8 weeks. But that's not true, by the time they give you the run around on your claim it is 16 or more weeks. The automated system will not have a update until week 8 then it will tell you your claim has missing info. When you finally get to talk to someone they will tell you there is no missing info. Must be a glitch and they will redo the clam and send you a new claim number. That puts you back to 6 to 8 weeks waiting for your money. Not sure at this point if I will ever see my rebate money. I may end up getting the run around again. And 6 to 8 weeks can turn into 18 to 24 weeks. I looked on line and I'm not the only person this has happened to.

I have been to 4 different locations in the area, and every one of them have professional employees who care about taking care of customers. I have done pick up orders, orders by mail, as well as shopping in store. Each time the products are professionally packaged. It's nice to see employees taking the time to do their job correctly. It's a nice change. I even saw the TikTok interview on Subway Takes with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. His pitch with the 11% rebate was evidence to me that he's a real educator as we educators are the only ones who do rebates. So, yes, I have sent in 3 bundles so far. Keep up the GREAT JOB!!!

My 10+ year old orchid was alive but not thriving. It had recently developed a mealybug…read moreinfestation (source unknown). I drove over 200 miles (round trip) to get my orchid repotted because I knew I needed help. Mary is an absolute joy to work with. She inspected my orchid thoroughly and said its root system was very healthy, but it had mealies hiding in the nooks and crannies. She then proceeded to hand pick every last one of them off. The work was painstaking and thorough. A disinfectant bath followed, and then she modified my (newly sterilized) pot to fit the root system better (it was too big for the orchid, and I hadn't brought a smaller one, but wanted to use this style, so she used sterilized Styrofoam peanuts at the bottom to reduce the usable depth). She explained step by step what she was doing and WHY. When it was all done she gave me detailed instructions on cultural practices (watering, temperature, light, pest prevention and eradication). Rule of thumb is to repot an orchid yearly. I will definitely be making the 200 mile drive again next year to Mary and Goin'to Pot Orchids & Repotting Services.

If you like this type of Americana do drive out of your way to experience this attraction. Also do take a spin through the hardware store - this is no Home Depot!

I only gave 4 stars because there were a couple of questions he could not answer at the time that I thought may have been helpful to know. There is another older gentlemen on site that knew everything about the dock systems (went back for another 8 ft section the next day), and he was super helpful. Any way, the dock system was the best priced around by at least $2,000 and it is high quality and very easy to put together. I would go buy another dock system here if I needed one. Great value for the money for sure!!!
